FAQ

How long will it take to get my order? TOP

Current Production Time and Shipping (changes often, so check back for current production times):  2-3 weeks for production before shipping (we strive to complete much faster, though). Your order is not placed “in line” until payment is received IN FULL! Shipping takes approximately 2-3 days with priority mail or 2-5 days with first class mail. If you need an order for a specific date, please calculate the estimated arrival time before ordering to ensure you will have your order before your needed date.

Here's how it works: When we receive your order, payment in full, and ALL required monogramming instructions to make your custom order (if applicable) your order is placed “in line.” Your order does not get “in line” until we have all of the above information. Once your order is “in line,” it will be 2-3 weeks before your item(s) are shipped.   We do try to accommodate rush orders for a fee if time permits. However, we only accept a limited amount of rush orders, so please do not place an order and leave a note for us to have it arrive before our estimated production time. We won’t be able to accommodate that without discussing it first. Thank-you!

Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to APO/FPO? TOP

I would love to work with international customers!  However, please contact us so we can work out the shipping cost details.  And, we LOVE our military, so we will ship to APO/FPO!

Do you offer rush orders? TOP

Need an order in a rush?  It usually is not a problem.  However, contact us to ensure we can accommodate your request.  An additional fee of $5 per item is charged for the rush.

Where can I see what appliqués you have? If I don’t see an appliqué that I want, can you get it? TOP

We have SO many appliqués and it would be almost impossible to list every one we have.  However, take a look here on our website and in our facebook albums:

Where can I see what fonts you have for monogramming? If I don’t see a font that I want, can you get it? TOP

How should I care for my appliquéd/embroidered clothing? TOP

For tough stains, spot treat the area with your normal stain spot treatment.  However, do not rub too hard or deep.  Turn the item inside out and wash on the hand wash cycle or delicate cycle in cold water.  After washing, lay flat to dry, or dry on a very low heat setting.

Do you accept custom orders and measurements? TOP

We LOVE custom orders and will work with you to create that perfect item!  Outfits are best with a measurement, as we know it will fit YOUR child perfectly.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? TOP

We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges since many of our items are monogrammed and personalized. However, if we make a mistake, we will fix this.
